1. The only contact that can be accessed is only using email. I even had to email several times to get a response, either to send proof about the order or ask about delivery. i even have to dm the admin on the IG so i can get the info about the delivery
2. I deliberately chose delivery on the day because I had just arrived from out of town and also so that the flowers would be fresh. but when it arrived the flowers were not as fresh as I thought. (There is a brownish color at the tips of the rose petals)
I know they don't promise what time it will be delivered, but I've asked for priority delivery, because the event only lasts until 11. The flowers didn't arrive until half past 2 in the afternoon :) I missed the moment to celebrate the event with the flowers I wanted.
They don't provide tracking so I don't know whether the flowers have been delivered, or where they have arrived
most of all, i'm very disappointed, and this is gonna be the last time i order from this florist
